Best Experancial program I had opted for. Guru Shiva Rudraxi sir has taught me and made me experience the yoga which not just physical exercise but more beyond it!!. I had admitted for yoga teachers training course. He is the best guru no words needs to be described him..!! Joining Swastik Yoga Academy has been a truly beautiful experience for me. ❤️🙏 I came here to learn yoga, but along the way, I feel I have learned so much more about myself, my mind, my breath, and the deeper meaning of yoga. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Their guidance makes every session feel meaningful, and the peaceful atmosphere of the academy makes you feel comfortable and connected from the very beginning. What touched me most is that yoga here is not treated as just physical exercise. The teachings, philosophy, pranayama, asanas, and the traditional approach have helped me look at yoga in a completely different and deeper way. I’m genuinely grateful for this journey and for everyone at Swastik Yoga Academy who has guided and supported me along the way. This place has given me memories, knowledge, and experiences that I will carry with me for a long time. 🪷✨ If you are looking for a place to learn yoga with authenticity, depth, and heart, I would wholeheartedly recommend Swastik Yoga Academy. 🙏❤️

We are very happy with the yoga sessions conducted by Poornima. She is very patient, caring, and attentive, especially while teaching my parents. She explains each yoga pose clearly and makes sure they are comfortable and doing the exercises correctly. My parents really enjoy her sessions and feel comfortable learning from her. She understands their abilities and adjusts the exercises accordingly, which is very important for them. Thank you, Poornima, for your patience, positive attitude, and dedication. We truly appreciate the care and attention you give to my parents and would definitely recommend your yoga classes to others. 😊🙏Thank you Swastik yoga academy!
